Having been trained at the Shaolin Temple for over 17 years since he was a small kid, Master Kun dedicates the skills, techniques, knowledge, and wisdom he obtained from his training to teach small children, teenagers, and adults, who are passionate about Chinese Martial Arts.

The students build their strengths through intensive training, include conditioning, stretching, handsets, and the repetition of steps (for details of the classes routine, please go to "Classes"). The training will lead the students to develop their own skills, techniques, and strengths, both physically and mentally. For those who aim to lose weight, they can replace the fat in their bodies with muscles in only a few months of intensive training. Overall, the benefits of Shaolin Kung Fu, Wushu, Sanda, Qi Gong or Tai Ji trainings can be felt not just on one's physical health and appearance or the ability to apply the technique on self-defense, but the trainings also strengthen your mental and emotional conditions by sharpening your ability to focus.

Some students may not know what to expect from the training, but at the end of a few sessions, many students surprise themselves with what they can do!
