in Shanghai, China.

The students build their strengths, stamina, and skills through intensive training, include vigorous conditioning and stretching, handsets (tao lu) and weapon trainings, repetition of stances and movements with increasing intensity and difficulty, and sparring. For those who aim to lose weight or get in shape, they can build muscles and tone-up in a few months of intensive training.
